Two of our members, Aryssa Loranger and Orrin Macintosh competed at Ghost Lake in the C.S.C.C. Ice Cup Event #2.Not only did they both have podium finishes, but also displayed how well our cars could handle in the icy conditions even against the mighty AWD's. ON THE ICE!

2nd Overall.

To ANYONE removing seats be noted!!
Have yourself a Mini TorchGOOD quality E10 Reverse torque Socket
And...
Irwin 5/16 and 1/4 socket bolt extractors handy you'll likely need em!! On 2 I had to goto the lower 1/4 size and literally go Mike Tyson on the sledge
I heated each bolt for at least 15 minutes glowing orange to get heat into core of the stud. Out of 6 so far only 2 came off with normal quality snap on socket and that's no joke they must have used a damned robot to torque the fuckers in!!
Not a finish line yet but here's example of the frustration with these GARBAGE E10 Torque bolts they use on our rails!!

   

Lots of time and over 100 bones into getting these fucking things out. Guess I gotta commit to either getting em covered or diff seats to make this BS worth it. One thing is 100% these kind of bolts are NOT going back in. I'm gonna find some conventional style high grade M10x1.250 bolts to replace these without this BS Dinky Torque head.
